# Verification

Verified on 2026-10-16. No application database migration or seeding was performed. Existing migrations were applied only to randomly named disposable databases, removed by the verification runners. Prisma models and schema are unchanged.

## Results

- Shared build, API typecheck/build, frontend typecheck/build: passed.
- Compiled OpenAPI `pnpm test:docs`: passed, including Settings paths and report plantName metadata. The Settings documentation block is preserved in compiled CommonJS output.
- Frontend suite: 12 files, 52 tests passed.
- API suite with `--no-file-parallelism`: 24 files, 89 tests passed; 19 database/browser suites (130 tests at that run) skipped by their safety guards. These skips are not counted as SQL/browser verification.
- `node --env-file=.env prisma/verify-settings.cjs`: 12 tests passed (4 validation and 8 real MySQL/HTTP tests). Includes atomic profile rollback, safe audits, initial credentials, role/origin access, user filters, deactivation history, opposing concurrent ADMIN changes, concurrent password updates and facility/report metadata.
- `node --env-file=.env prisma/verify-settings.cjs --browser`: 5 browser scenarios passed in headless Chrome against the compiled frontend and an isolated API/database. Covers profile save/discard and background refresh, account creation and status confirmation, Escape dismissal, facility save/failure retry, initial loading, error/empty states, mobile overflow, live role refresh and account switching. Mobile screenshot inspected at node_modules/.cache/settings-mobile.png.
- Notification regression runner: 16 tests passed, notification checker completed with no errors; schema diff reported no difference.
- Reports regression runner: 15 tests passed.
- Inventory/checkout SQL regression: 22 tests passed using the inventory portion of the existing guarded regression runner against its own disposable database.
- Targeted frontend ESLint for Settings/service/auth integration: passed.
- `git diff --check`: passed (repository line-ending notices only).

## Resolved verification findings

- The Swagger endpoint enumeration lacked existing Reports routes and new Settings routes; expectations now explicitly include both.
- An initial parallel API run timed out in the existing scrypt-heavy admin seeder test. Sequential execution passed without loosening assertions or changing application code.
- Browser verification prompted silent auth refresh after profile save, preserving the success message and form instance. Assertions now distinguish input values from page text and initial loading from cached background refresh.

## Limits and retained behavior

- Vite reports the existing large document-export chunk warning; builds succeed.
- Password changes do not revoke previously issued JWTs. Deactivation rejects account access; reactivation can restore unexpired-token access, consistent with AUTH.md.
- Browser coverage is Chrome desktop/mobile emulation, not all browser engines or devices.
- No email/preferences, checkout policy, schema, financial behavior or report metric changes were introduced. Removed Settings notification controls were dummy local state; header/page notification behavior remains operational.
- No commit, push, or archive was performed as part of this apply request.
